Requirements
Please carefully purchase our products.
Inquiries about the products should be made within 7 days after the delivery.
*To expedite the inquiry process, please tell us your order number.
Exchange/return policy
If you receive a defective product, please let us know through Kakao Talk Plus friend ”옵타움(in Korean)". After we confirm the defect, you can exchange or refund your product within 14 days.
All exchange/return shipping fees for defective or misplaced products will be covered by OPTATUM.
In case of exchanging a product due to simple change of mind or exchanging already used product, you will be responsible for all shipping fees.
In case of missing product
If there is a missing product, please contact the OPTATUM customer service within 7 days after delivery. Please send us a picture of the delivery box, a picture of all the products received, order details, or order number to expedite the process.
Once the loss of the product is confirmed, we will send the same product to you immediately. All costs associated with the shipping will be covered by OPTATUM.
